Central Piedmont Community College (CPCC) offers a certificate in Mortgage Banking. The eligibility requirements for the Certificate are satisfactory completion of 96 hours, comprised from the following course work.

Intro to Mortgage Lending or Loan Officer Fundamentals Prelicensing (24 hours)
Intro to Conventional Loan Processing (24 hours)
Intro to Underwriting (24 hours)
Additional course work from any CPCC Mortgage Banking courses (24 hours -MTG Prefixes Only)
