Successful Site Management covers the management of your entire property from A to Z in one course, including content to address the unique needs of affordable housing and student housing. Students will learn human resource and relationship management, legal issues and risk management strategies, on-site maintenance management, property financial management and marketing and leasing strategies. This course satisfies the education requirements and prepares students for national certification of the ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) administered by the Institute of Real Estate Management.
