Process Management

by Brendan McKennedy last modified 06/18/2008

BUS 7411

This course is designed to help participants develop a road map that will enable process owners and teams to identify, define, manage, and improve their business processes.

The class will address current processes, new processes, and teach how to ensure business performance objectives are met.

Corporate and Continuing Education (CCE) is building a series of courses focusing on quality, of which this is one (as well as Lean Manufacturing, Project Management, and Six Sigma Green Belt Certification).  This website will be updated as more courses are offered.

There are no pre-requisites to taking this series.  Participants who successfully complete this course will receive a certificate and be awarded 2.1 CEUs (continuing education units).

This course meets one weeknight per week from 6-9pm at one of our convenient multi-campus locations.  The cost of this 21-hour course is $325.  There is an additional $4CAPS (Campus access, Parking, Security) fee per course (for all CCE courses).
