Whether you are new to project management, need to build your skills and knowledge as a project manager, or want to learn project management tools which will help you be more proficient in your job,  then this course would be applicable.  The 54-hour comprehensive Project Management Program, offered through Corporate and Continuing Education (CCE) is designed to build skills and knowledge by incorporating project management tools, methods, and techniques with applicable computer instruction in Microsoft Project.

Program highlights include:  project staffing, nine (9) skills of successful project management, project time management, project quality management, project accounting, and advanced project management tools.

This program is not designed as a preparation review course for the PMI exam; however, we do provide a PMI book as part of the course.

There are no pre-requisites to taking this series.  Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a certificate and be awarded 5.4 CEUs (continuing education units).

This course typically meets two nights per week from 6-9pm at one of our convenient multi-campus locations.  The cost of this 54-hour course is $995 and includes books/materials.  There is an additional $4 CAPS fee per course (for all CCE courses).
