Seminar 3: The Training Process: Requirements & Best Practices

 This one-day seminar will give insightful information on required and best practices in the field of employee training and development. Upon completion of this seminar, participants will be able to identify the various roles that trainers can utilize, learn about adult learning theory, and discuss the pros and cons of conducting various types of in-house training versus bringing in outside trainers.

This half-day seminar will provide participants with the knowledge and tools to become more of a strategic player within their organization. Insight into practical and effective approaches to scrutinize the effectiveness in the delivery of human resource services will be examined.
