CPIM Workshops (available for custom delivery on-site)

Basics of Supply Chain Management
  • Fundamentals with an overview of successful manufacturing strategies.

Master Planning of Resources
  • Identify planning processes; evaluate demand and forecasting; and appreciate master schedules.

Detailed Scheduling and Planning

  • Learn material and capacity scheduling, including inventory management practices and procurement/supplier planning.

Execution and Control of Operations
  • Learn to prioritize and sequence work, execute plans, implement controls, report activity, and study performance.

Strategic Management of Resources
  • Explore the relationship of processes and technologies to strategy and supply chain-related functions.

  • Cost: $529 (materials included, as well as CAPS fee)

Fast Track: APICS Master Planning Of Resources (APX 7101-01)

  • Dates: 10/4 - 10/5/08
  • Time: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Location: CPCC Harris Campus
  • Cost: $529 (materials included, as well as CAPS fee)


*CAPS fee: A $4 CAPS fee (Campus Access, Parking and Security) is required for Continuing Education courses that meet on college campuses.
