Say Cheesecake! The students will prepare an assortment of cheesecakes using a variety of cheese, including cream cheese, ricotta, and mascarpone. You'll learn to prepare a selection of crusts, fruit and glaze toppings. For this class, the student needs to bring to class a six inch Springform pan for their individual cheesecake. (CKG 8320)
