Intro to Cardio Kickboxing

Sick of staring at the treadmill or the TV? Looking for a not-so-boring workout alternative? Cardio Kickboxing is an up-tempo invigorating style of aerobics. You get a full body, high-energy workout of boxing and kickboxing without sparring or body contact. This introductory course will cover the basic technique and combinations.
