 Join us in this combination of low-impact exercises to improve your strength and balance. Improving muscular strength and coordination is proven to boost your overall health and maintain a healthy active lifestyle. Activities are designed to address the common needs of overall strength and stability while working at your own pace and skill level. The class will use techniques taken from a variety of disciplines and use tools, including stability balls and hand weights. (REC 8200)
