Participants will refine the fundamental principles that are the foundation of Tai Chi. Students will also be provided with the opportunity to learn and practice traditional Tai Chi exercises, including movement sets, advanced breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, meditation techniques, advanced Chi Gong practices and practical application of Tai Chi principles.
