Sick of staring at the treadmill or the TV? Looking for a not-so-boring workout alternative? Cardio Kickboxing is an up-tempo invigorating style of aerobics. You get a full body, high-energy workout of boxing and kickboxing without sparring or body contact. This introductory course will cover the basic technique and combinations. Benefits include cardio endurance, muscle strength,  flexibility, and increased metabolism.
